HOW DO I MEET MY CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT
Your driver will be waiting for you holding an A4 sheet on which your name will be written at the arrival lounge of SSR International Airport. Once you see your name move towards the chauffeur, after the meet and greet he will escort you to the selected vehicle and will drive to your accommodation.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE INSIDE THE AIRPORT
Your Chauffeur will be at the airport within the landing of the plane. Normally waiting hours are 1 hr to 1hr 15 mins. If you have trouble inside such as lost luggage or custom checking and you will take more hours kindly use Airport free wifi and communicate with us through WhatsApp.
WHAT TO DO IF GETTING TROUBLE FINDING THE CHAUFFEUR
In this case, make sure you check all the persons who are holding a sheet or board of NAME written as the chauffeur may stand anywhere in the arrival hall. If not found, kindly move towards Gate 4 and switch on your wifi using the Airport free wifi and communicate with us.

FOR DEPARTURE WHAT TIME SHOULD I LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION
Generally speaking, most airlines advise you to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to a domestic flight, and at least 3 hours prior to an international flight. We advise our guests to always leave the hotel 4 hours before the plane takes off. Estimated time in Mauritius for any accommodation to SSR International Airport varies between 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins except for those on Zone 2.
HOW TO MEET THE CHAUFFEUR FOR MY DEPARTURE
